
Graeme graduated from the Glasgow School of Art with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art: Painting / Printmaking and went on to complete an MPhil in Advanced 2D / 3D Motion Graphics at the Glasgow School of Art in 2008.
From there he was one of 8 British Graduates chosen to lecture as an Artist in Residency, on the subject of Animation at Chaing Mai University’s College of Arts Media and Technology (CAMT) in Thailand. This further enabled him to extensively travel around the rest of South East Asia for 7 months gaining invaluable experience.
Employed by ‘Glasgow Animation’ in 2009 as a Digital Matte Painter to work on Scotland’s first full length animated movie, Graeme quickly fell into the role of Lead DMP.
With a vast experience in commission based traditional art, digital art and freelance animation, Graeme now works as Lead Artist for Giglets Education; an online literacy development platform for teachers, pupils and schools.
